Therapeutic indications:

It is indicated in testosterone replacement therapy, in hypogonadal disorders such as: eunuchoidism, hypopituitarism, endocrine impotence, male climacteric symptoms such as decreased libido and decay of mental and physical activity, certain types of infertility caused by spermatogenesis disorders.

Testosterone therapy may be indicated in osteoporosis of androgen deficiency origin.

Delayed puberty: When there is a family pattern of delayed puberty, not secondary to a pathological disorder, in patients who did not respond to psychological support therapy.

Congenital or acquired primary hypogonadism: when there is testicular failure due to cryptorchidism, bilateral torsion, testicular absence syndrome, or orchidectomy.

Breast carcinoma: As a secondary palliative treatment of metastatic breast cancer in women with hormone-responsive tumors or who have previously shown a response to hormone therapy.

Treatment of Microphallus: Also called micropenis, a disease in which the child is born with an abnormally small penis.
